  1. Open the “Missing from External” tab in Q1 Mentor Cost Report.xlsx — the same rows with blank columns matching the External sheet's layout (email, status, technology, language, location…).
  2. Fill in the details and paste the rows into External _ Part-time Mentors (1).xlsx → Zen_Data (Zen App stack mentors also go in Zen_Apps).
  3. Re-run python3 build_q1_report.py, then ./publish_q1.sh — matched mentors drop off this page automatically.
